Bittersweet Ephemere Sauce is a pourable variation of the Davenport family Ephemere Truffle formula. The bittersweet sauce provides a balance of bitter, sweet, and acid with cocoa flavor notes and is not intended to be a sweet drink. It is very concentrated so other flavorings may be added without diluting the chocolate intensity.
It is formulated for making premium Caffè Mochas, Hot Chocolate, Chocolate Milk, and for use as an Ice Cream Topping and Chocolate Fondue.
