    Made from couverture-quality chocolate with 65% cacao and enriched with sweet dairy cream, Ephemere Chocolate Sauce makes a luxurious, rich caffè mocha with extraordinary depth of chocolate flavor. It perfectly balances the natural acidity of coffee.

    Ephemere is the name of the Dilettante signature truffle. By adding more cream to our truffle recipe, we've created a Chocolate Sauce with a smooth flowing consistency that is also perfect for chocolate martinis, chocolate shakes, sodas, toppings and fruit dips.

    The #10 Tin is perfect for any type of food service making the perfect dessert or tasty drink. Recommended use with a pump.

    Ephemere Mocha Martini In a martini -dairy cream, liquor and cocoa butter blend exceptionally well. For an elegant – not too sweet – chocolate martini with an attractive foamy head, combine in a shaker with ice ½ oz Dilettante Ephemere Chocolate Sauce with ½ oz coffee liquer and 1 oz vodka. Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass dusted with Dilettante chocolate cocoa powder.
