Each dried fruit piece is double coated using our special revolving pan method to ensure an even coat of rich chocolate on every piece of candy. First, our premium chocolate blend encompasses each fruit piece. Next, a decadent white chocolate layer, colored to a beautiful hue, is added. This creates a soft chocolate coating with a chewy fruit center.
