TruffleCremes Formula 23 is a wonderfully delightful "light" chocolate piece, wrapped in silver foil. We flavor our milk chocolate truffle creme with pure Oil of Peppermint and enrobe it with a dipping chocolate made from a blend of West African and South American cacao (35%).
