Rheingold Toffee from Dilettante is a unique recipe formulated and commissioned from Dilettante's Chocolatier by Der Ring Festival in Seattle. Dilettante still produces this butter-toffee recipe in their chocolate factory in Seattle. Pure butter toffees fall into two major categories - crunchy toffee and chewy toffee.
