To make Dilettante Milk Chocolate Covered Almonds, whole roasted almonds are liberally covered in rich gourmet milk chocolate. At Dilettante, we use premium toasted almonds and coat the roasted nuts in chocolate containing 38.47% cacao using the dragee (pronounced draw-jay) method of candy coating.

Dragee pans, shaped like special revolving kettles, are used to coat almonds in Dilettante gourmet chocolate blends. The revolving pans coat the crunchy almonds perfectly and evenly resulting in a beautifully coated chocolate almond confectionary treat. Chocolate covered almond dragees are a treat for the eye and for the taste buds alike.
