Founded in Capitol Hill Seattle in 1976, 3rd Generation Chocolatier Dana Davenport set out to differentiate himself from the burgeoning café culture of the Emerald City by bringing his decadent chocolate recipes to the forefront through cakes, truffles, and the now celebrated Mocha Menu.

At the heart of our Mocha Café concept is the Dilettante Chocolate Scale. Choose from five cacao percentages to truly customize your mocha or hot chocolate experience. From deep dark chocolate at 72% cacao, to smooth and creamy white chocolate at 31% cacao, there is a delightful chocolate profile for every palate. The chocolate used to create our luscious mochas and hot chocolate is melted in pots right behind our counters to create each rich chocolate beverage.
