Dilettante Chocolates is proud to present its signature flavor in light and luscious TruffleCreme form. This elegant flavor is individually wrapped in black foils to maintain a fresh dark chocolate taste.
Ephemere is made through a proprietary cooking method to unite caramelized butter, sugar, and cream to create a velvety smooth taste. The term Ephemere is derived from the word ephemeral, meaning a short-lived other-worldly experience. This signature flavor can only be made by an heirloom family recipe, perfected with decades of chocolate craftsmanship.
The Ephemere flavored ganache center of this TruffleCreme is created using premium ingredients and a blend of West African and South American cacao. By maintaining the highest standards in creating these chocolate treats, Dilettante delivers a unique and irresistible flavor.
This 10-ounce box of TruffleCremes makes for a classic gift for any occasion. The black and white aesthetic makes it perfect for weddings, but also is loved for birthdays and holidays.
Master Chocolatier Dana Davenport started Dilettante Chocolates in 1976, creating hand-dipped chocolate truffles inspired by formulas passed down through three generations. TruffleCremes are an evolution of Dilettante's original truffles; a creamy blend of the finest chocolate and natural flavors. A family tradition started in 1898 with the Master Confectioner for Emperor Franz Josef I, is continued today with these delectable treats.
I've been eating Ephemere TruffleCremes for a long time and they never get old.
I was very concerned when the chocolates arrived because they were no longer refrigerated. The ice packs had completely defrosted, and I am not sure if it is safe to eat the chocolates given that there were not fully chilled.
These are easily some of the very best chocolates you'll ever eat. I was given some at work 10 years ago and I kept one wrapper, for 10 years, until I found it again and ordered a box. Very happy, ordered the chocolate mints also. Amazing. The number 52 is on the wrappers but not on the box or website, so look for Dark Chocolate Truffle Creams.
my boyfriends mom had this container full of different chocolates, and this brand was in them. they are sooooo good !! idk they're just kinda airy and light and soft in ur mouth and kinda feels like ur biting into a cloud
