Dilettante’s Chocolate Scale
At the Heart of the Mocha Café is the Dilettante Chocolate Scale. This visual guide allows customers to select from five different chocolate blends to customize a mocha or hot chocolate. Whether a person prefers white, milk, semisweet, or bittersweet chocolate, there is a flavor for everyone to enjoy.
The numbers beside each chocolate blend represent their associated cacao percentage. The number represents the amount of solid cocoa bean parts included in the chocolate and contributes to the chocolate’s taste and flavor profile.
Fans of dark chocolate can enjoy a mocha made from 63% or 72% dark chocolate, while those who prefer something sweeter can choose 41% or 31% instead. No matter the blend, visitors can expect a pure and wholesome chocolate flavor made without any oils or hydrogenated fats.
The Dilettante Mocha Café uses its own house blend to pair with chocolate to create the best flavor possible. The medium-dark roast blend retains the naturally rich flavor of espresso and helps support the sweet taste of chocolate.
To create the best dining experience possible, Dilettante staff make each of its meals from scratch. Freshly cut meats and all-natural ingredients contribute to a delicious selection of breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and afternoon plates.
